RUGBY FESTIVAL 2025

The Ghent festival has been a staple of the touring rugby calendar for 33 years now and with the festival growing year on year we expect 2025 to surpass all expectations. miTour always send a strong travelling contingent so why not be part of it?

The rugby is played on 1 day at the fabulous Gent Rugby Club, with a host of food and drink options at the event to ensure you are all fully fuelled for the rugby this is an option for 2025 not to be missed.

Our standard package includes:

Entry in to the Ghent Easter Rugby Festival.

3 nights accommodation in a Ibis Hotel (or similar).

Executive coach hire for your tour to Europe

Example Tour Itinerary

This is how your weekend is structured:

Your executive coach will pick you up from your club for transfer to Belgium. Cross the channel from Dover or Folkestone to Calais via Ferry or Eurotunnel. You will then be transferred to your chosen tour accommodation. Settle in to your accommodation, spending the rest of day/night at your leisure.

Festival Day. You will be transferred from your accommodation to the Ghent Easter Rugby Festival for tournament day! After a full day of rugby and excellent Belgian hospitality you will return to your accommodation base where you can spend the evening at your leisure.

Day of leisure and the chance to take on an excusrion, optional friendly fixture or enjoy some down time. Be sure to ask us for some ideas.

You will check out of your accommodation for return journey to Calais for your crossing. On arrival in the UK you will continue the onward journey to your rugby club.
