This is a well established 1 day festival due to be played on Sunday 20th April 2025, with over 60+ teams entering each year from all over Europe this event has a truly continental feel.

The facilities are superb with all matches being played on one site which also hosts a varied food and drinks zone to keep you all fuelled for the day, with live music and entertainment as the backdrop to the Sunday a warm welcome awaits you at RC Hilversum, make sure you are part of this festival in 2025.

Rugby Festival Package

Our standard package includes:

Entry in to the Hilversum Rugby Festival.

3 nights accommodation in a choice of holiday park or hotel.

Return coach transfer from your rugby club. Return Eurotunnel/ferry crossing. Return shuttle bus service to rugby festival and friendly fixtures.

Each person staying at the holiday park will receive an entertainment pass that can be used to access all on-site entertainment.

Tour Intinerary

This is how your weekend is structured:

Your executive coach will pick you up from your club for transfer to Belgium. Cross the channel from Dover or Folkestone to Calais via Ferry or Eurotunnel. You will then be transferred to your chosen tour accommodation. Settle in to your accommodation, spending the rest of day/night at your leisure.

Day of leisure and the chance to take on an excusrion, optional friendly fixture or enjoy some down time. Be sure to ask us for some ideas.

Festival Day. You will be transferred from your accommodation to the Hilversum International Rugby Tournament for tournament day! Follwoing a full day of exciting rugby and superb hospitality where you will have the opportunity to mix with teams from all over Europe, enjoying the social side aswell as the rugby you will return to your accommodation base where the evening will again be at your leisure.

You will check out of your accommodation for return journey to Calais and your respective crossing. On arrival in the UK you will transfer to your rugby club.
