Set against the dramatic backdrop of Snowdonia national park, this weekend never fails to exceed expectations.

From the warmest of welcomes at the host club, Clwb Rygbi Bethesda, to the well appointed holiday parks that will accommodate the teams.

This festival is always extremely popular with travelling clubs from all the home Nations. The excitement is already building towards this end of season spectacle.

The weekend

Your weekend, day by day

Four days, two playing days. The older age groups play on Saturday and the younger age groups on Sunday, and the other day is yours to enjoy.

Parks have a wide range of facilities and activities for all to enjoy. Accommodation is 6 berth (2 bedroom) or 8 berth (3 bedroom) and is allocated first-come, first-served once your booking is confirmed with a deposit.

How does booking and payment work?

Send us an enquiry and we will put together your quote. A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due at the beginning of 2027.

Do we play both days?

Each team plays one day. Most teams prefer it that way: the free day turns the weekend into a proper sporting trip, with time to enjoy the holiday park or an excursion. Want some extra rugby? Tell us and we can point you towards a tour fixture.

Can parents and supporters come?

Yes, and they are welcome to be part of the festival. Supporters can stay at the parks too, with shuttle coaches and car parks nearby. Every team travels with its own coaches and responsible adults, and under 18s are accompanied throughout.

What do we need to bring?

Players should be fully changed 10 minutes before kick-off and bring a second kit. Towels and toiletries are not provided at the parks.

Can we bring more than one team?

Yes. Just let us know at the time of booking and we will sort everything for each team.
